If you currently receive care from another agency and would like to bring your current carers to the tappON platform you absolutely can! We are more than happy to assist you and your carers with a transition to tappON. If you decide you would like to use tappON, you may create a free profile and then ask your support team if they would like to sign up, if not don’t worry we have a pool of vetted support workers ready to go.
Getting started on tappON is as simple as filling out your signup form and a team member will get in touch. We want to get to know you as ‘YOU’.
Signup is a breeze and doesn’t require extensive documentation, scheduled meetings or an upfront free – we simply take a small free every time a booking is made.
To get your carers started, get them to head to www.tappon.co and sign up. This will involve them holding a valid ABN, personal insurance, current police check, and submitting two professional references. Depending on which tasks they are looking to provide support workers may have to hold a minimum certificate, for example, personal care work requires a minimum Cert III. If they don’t have these, our team would be more than happy to assist them through this process.
Moving to a new service can seem a bit difficult for both you and your team, but our team is here every step of the way. We want to ensure that everybody involved has a smooth transition, both client and carer – so we will ensure that both you and your support team are ready and set up with all correct documentation.
